Refunds

Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or cannot access your file, contact nabaeley@gmail.com within 14 days and we will make it right.

Serial numbers

If an order is refunded, the associated serial number is marked inactive. Serial numbers are never reissued to another customer.
